We follow a very secure three-step hospital transcription process to ensure a smooth transcription cycle:

1. You deliver the dictated file either through a Dictaphone or by calling into our toll-free dial in server. You can also place your audio files on our secure FTP using your online account at www.amvensysmedical.com 
2. The tendencies and strengths of each transcriptionists are considered while deciding which specialty/doctor dictation goes to which transcriptionist. Transcriptionists at Amvensys will transcribe these  recordings  in a format of your choice. The quality of final text files is enhanced through dual checking for grammar, punctuation and context errors
3. After the transcriptionist complete the medical transcriptions, they are deposited into a folder from where they are picked up by first level assurors (QA1), who are more experienced and more proficient, and they perform word-by-word checking to eliminate errors and omissions.
4. After the first level of assurors complete editing, the medical transcriptions are put into a separate folder from where they are picked up by proofers or account managers (QA2). Their job is to make the medical transcription client acceptable in terms of quality and specifications
5. The transcribed files are the uploaded to your account on  secure FTP server.
6. You can log on to online control panel and  either opt to download these files directly from out secure FTP server or receive it through an encrypted email.
